LX Xander

Emerging from the catacombs of the UK, spooky producer LX Xanderis as mysterious as he is unique; with a swiftly growing social media empire, a recently released track featuring dark hip hop poster boy Hopsin and several more major upcoming credits to boot, his unique brand of dark (but bizarrely playful) trap-driven hip hop is making some serious waves on the world wide web.

With other producers already imitating his original style (just tap ‘LX Xander Type Beat’ into a YouTube search and see for yourself), LX is carving out his own personal (and very spooky) niche. He recently produced Iowa rapper HighRise’s ‘The Red Room‘ featuring Hopsin & Yaydo (which got over 200,000 Spotify streams in less a month) and his upcoming credits list is also pretty impressive, with tracks featuring Future, Snoop Dogg, Royce Da 5’9 and Wiz Khalifa in the works.

LX works with Universal Records imprint Red Label Records (run by ex-Sony producer & established rapper D. Lynch) who have recently released tracks featuring Snoop Dogg & Rick Ross, his YouTube channel is partnered with Opposition (who work with Major Lazer, Logic & 21 Savage) and some of his music can be found in Sony BMG‘s production catalogue (for licensing).

Having already been featured in The Source & RESPECT Magazine and interviewed by Hype Magazine, LX’s dark sound is now starting to get major press coverage and receive recognition from the upper echelons of the music industry.
